Hours booked must include your set-up time and time for de-rig/cleaning of the space.
Minimum hire periods:
Regular non-commercial – 1.5 hours
One off, non-commercial – 3 hours
Commercial – 4 hours

The kitchen is available for use in conjunction with the main hall for serving drinks and food. Please note, the kitchen is for food service and is not a fully equipped catering kitchen.
Please see suppliers for additional services such as microphones, PA systems, flipcharts and tablewear/décor.
Local residents are those living in the Parish of Potton (see Potton (Central Bedfordshire) parish map - SWC)

Non residents are those living outside the Parish of Potton
Commercial is for companies, businesses and for any wedding receptions
Deposits are due as follows for one-off users:
£50 for children’s parties/events up to 12 years old
£200 for parties/events for teenagers and young adults
£100 for parties/events for over 25 years old
All other events/whole building/whole day £250
Minimum hire periods:
a. 1.5 hours for regular non-commercial users
b. 3 hours for non-commercial, non-regular users
c. 4 hours for commercial users and thereafter in blocks of 30 minutes

Additional damage waivers may apply. Spaces must be left in their original condition to return deposit.
Discounts are available for local charities and are at the discretion of the management committee – please contact us (link to contact us enquiry form) to discuss this.
