Who We Are & What We Do

Potton Hall for All community building was completed in February 2025 after 30 years work by a band of dedicated volunteers. A story of determination and hard work!

Potton Hall for All community building is run by Potton Hall for All CIO, a charity registered with the Charity Commission in October 2014, (Reg no. 1158751).

The building and its site is owned by Potton Town Council and leased to Potton Hall for All CIO. The charity’s objective is to run a well-organised and functional community hall that can attract more users and encourage greater community participation in events and activities that take place there.

The Hall is managed by a board of trustees with the help of other volunteers and some Potton Town Council staff.

We are currently seeking to recruit new trustees and other volunteers. The work is very rewarding and many hands make light work!

A charity AGM is held every year, usually in May and everyone is welcome to attend. Trustees are elected annually and residents 18+ in the parish of Potton (the area of benefit) are eligible to vote.
